Display Lab creates static QR codes: the destination or contact information is encoded directly into the pattern. There is no Display Lab redirect, tracking link, account or expiration date. Generation happens locally in your browser.
Choose a URL, text, Wi-Fi login, email, phone number, SMS message or vCard. You can set the foreground and background colors, preserve a proper quiet zone, choose the error-correction level and optionally place a logo in the center. PNG exports work well for screens and common documents, while SVG stays sharp at any print size.
A QR code can look attractive and still become difficult to scan. The design safety panel checks content, color contrast and the clear margin around the code. These checks reduce common risks, but the final export should always be tested with several phones at its intended size, surface and viewing distance.
