Contact - Display Lab

Questions about a tool, a PRO purchase, or a potential collaboration? Send enough detail for us to understand the situation and respond efficiently.

Email support

The most reliable way to contact Display Lab is traian_an@yahoo.com. We normally respond within 24 hours on business days. Complex technical investigations can take longer, but we will acknowledge the message and explain what information is still needed.

Social channels

For public updates and short questions, use the official profiles below. Do not post API keys, payment references, private images, or personal information publicly.

Send a message

This form opens your email application. If that does not happen, copy your message and send it directly to traian_an@yahoo.com.

Getting faster support

For a technical issue, include the page URL, browser name, device type, the steps that led to the problem, and the exact error message. A screenshot is useful when it does not expose private information. Explain whether the issue occurs every time and whether refreshing, using a private window, or trying another browser changes the result. Please do not send confidential client files unless they are essential and you have permission to share them.

For PRO restoration, write from the email address used during Stripe checkout whenever possible. Include the approximate purchase date and describe whether you are restoring by email or API key. Never send a full card number or security code. Display Lab cannot inspect those payment credentials because Stripe processes them separately. If you still have an API key, redact most of it and include only a short beginning or ending segment when identifying the record.

Business inquiries are welcome from agencies, educators, creator platforms, accessibility specialists, and members of the broader Physics Tools Network. Describe the organization, proposed collaboration, intended audience, timeline, and whether the request involves licensing, sponsorship, content, integration, or custom development. Clear context helps us evaluate fit without unnecessary meetings.
